Rich was great! We had several large limbs hanging over or near our house and backyard streetlight powerline, as well as a dead tree that needed to come down. Rich came out and provided not only an estimate, but walked my backyard with me and discussed the health of each tree we had. He is VERY friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He cares deeply about taking care of the trees he works on to make sure that they stay healthy after he is finished. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s also highly entertaining/fascinating to watch him climb (no spikes!) and maneuver amongst the branches so high up.
His day rate is fairly priced. He did excellent work and I highly recommend him; we will definitely be using his services for our future needs.
